Pay for Events Online
Attendees can now pay for paid events directly through the registration flow using PhonePe. After completing the registration form, paid registrants are taken to a secure PhonePe checkout page. Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent automatically.
- Org admins can configure their PhonePe credentials (sandbox and production) from the Payment Gateway settings page.
- Admins can also manually trigger a Send Payment Link action for pending orders — the registrant receives an email with a secure link that lets them pay without needing to log in.
- If a payment link has expired, registrants see a clear "Payment Link Expired" screen rather than a confusing error.
Event Check-In
A new check-in system is available for events. Org team members can now manage attendee check-in directly from ManageMyTrust.
- QR code scanning — Open the check-in page on any device and scan attendee QR codes from their tickets.
- Manual entry — Type in a registration ID to check in an attendee without scanning.
- Kiosk mode — The check-in page uses a dedicated full-screen layout optimised for use at an event entrance, with large colour overlays showing success, already-checked-in, or error states.
- Admins can check in attendees directly from the Registration Detail page via a quick modal.
- A history of all check-in link emails sent (recipient, sender, timestamp) is visible in the Check-In tab.
Event Spotlight on Subsites
Subsite editors can now pin a specific event to any page using the new Event Spotlight section. Select the event from a dropdown in the content panel — the full registration and ticket lookup experience works identically to the standard events section.
Registration Fields — Better Management
Managing registration fields on an event is now cleaner and safer.
- Inactive fields are visible — Fields you've deactivated are shown in a muted style with a strikethrough, so you can see the full history and reactivate if needed.
- Deletion is protected — If a field has collected responses from registrants, you cannot delete it. A prompt explains this and offers a one-click option to deactivate instead.
- Fields are shown and validated based on the ticket type selected by the registrant — irrelevant fields don't appear.
Cleaner Confirmation Emails
Confirmation emails are now more accurate:
- Registrants who registered themselves receive confirmation emails with the appropriate ticket and payment links.
- Registrants who were added by an admin (i.e., not through the public registration flow) receive a clean confirmation without inapplicable ticket/payment links.
- Duplicate confirmation emails are prevented — the system ensures only one confirmation is sent per registration even if multiple payment confirmation signals arrive simultaneously.
Beneficiary File Attachments
Beneficiary profiles can now include file upload fields. Administrators can add a File type to any beneficiary property, allowing documents to be attached directly to a beneficiary record.
- Files are stored securely and served through a dedicated URL.
- The file upload control shows the current document with inline View, Remove, and Undo options — in a compact chip layout rather than a large card.
Beneficiary Property Deletion
Beneficiary properties can now be deleted when they are no longer needed.
- A trash button appears in the property settings table (for users with the right permissions).
- If the property has recorded values for any beneficiary, deletion is blocked and a warning explains why — keeping your data safe.
- The unused "seeded" lock that previously prevented deletion has been removed.
Beneficiary Types
Beneficiaries, info cards, and properties can now be scoped to a Beneficiary Type (for example, Vocational or Scholarship). Training programmes have a corresponding type, allowing you to organise beneficiary data by programme category.
"Program" Instead of "Training Program"
The label "Training Program" has been shortened to "Program" throughout the platform — in dropdowns, form fields, validation messages, marketing pages, and testimonials — for cleaner, less cluttered UI text.
File Vault — General Tab First
The General tab in the File Vault now appears first by default.
Ticket PDF Logo Fix
Logos on ticket PDFs are now sized proportionally. Rectangular logos are no longer forced into a square — they retain their correct aspect ratio.
