Quarterly Newsletter Builder: create and publish quarterly updates
A guided, 5-step newsletter flow is now available for publishing quarterly newsletters.
- 5-step wizard: Quarter selection → Project review → AI draft & edit → Preview → Publish
- AI-assisted writing: Narrative sections (title, subtitle, body) are generated using Claude via LangChain
- Data stays grounded: Financial stats and testimonial quotes come directly from project records (not the AI)
- Inline editing with autosave: Edit section content in place, with automatic saving as you work
- Media per section: Add photos (from gallery albums), videos (thumbnail-first player), and testimonials
- Newsletter banners: Header and footer banner images with quick uploads
- Financial stats toggle: Show or hide stats across both the editor and the public newsletter
- Public newsletter URLs: A standalone public URL per newsletter, with no platform chrome
- Safer publishing flow: Published newsletters redirect from edit to preview (read-only)
- Permissions included: Newsletter permissions added for all three organization roles
